• Security cookie (CSRF) — prevents your forms from being submitted from another site. Valid for the session.
• Redirect cookie — remembers which page to return you to after signing in or out.
• Identity verification cookies — keep your session intact during e-Devlet identity verification. They last 10 minutes and are single-use.
• Language preference cookie — remembers whether you view the site in Turkish or English.

• We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
• We do not place third-party cookies that track you across sites.
• We do not sell cookie-derived data or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. 4. During payment

When you buy Credits, payment is completed on the payment institution’s own page. Cookies used there are that institution’s responsibility and subject to its own cookie policy.

Your card details never reach our servers at any stage.

5. 5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings.

However, if you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in, use your dashboard or complete identity verification — these cookies are technically required for the service to work.
