1. Seller

The seller is KEP YAZILIM ÇÖZÜMLERİ LTD. ŞTİ., whose identity and contact details appear above. You may direct any request, notice or complaint to those contact details.

2. Essential characteristics of the service

The subject of purchase is Kep Credit, for use on the KepHomes platform. Kep Credit is the digital unit through which service fees are charged, and it is the sole payment unit on the platform.

Kep Credit is not electronic money, a payment instrument or an investment instrument; it cannot be converted into cash, transferred, or used outside the platform.

3. Total price and taxes

The amount of credit you purchase, its unit price and total price including VAT are shown clearly at checkout and in the order summary. No additional cost, commission or service fee is charged beyond the amount displayed.

As delivery is digital, there is no shipping or delivery cost.

4. Method of payment

Payment is made in a single charge by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Your card details are neither seen nor stored by KepHomes.

5. Performance and delivery

Kep Credits are allocated to your account electronically the moment payment is approved. There is no physical delivery, delivery address or delivery period.

If payment is taken but credits are not allocated, they are allocated immediately upon your notification, or the amount is refunded in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY to services performed instantly in electronic form or to intangible goods delivered instantly.

As Kep Credits are allocated to your account the moment payment is approved, this exception applies. You are asked to confirm this separately at checkout; the purchase cannot be completed without that confirmation.

Purchased credits are also NOT REFUNDABLE; credits are delivered — allocated to your account — the moment payment is approved. This does not cover payment being collected without credits being allocated, or a service paid for with credits not being provided; in those cases you suffer no loss. 7. Complaints and applications

You may send requests and complaints to info@keporganization.com or call 0850 888 5 999. Applications are concluded within 15 days at the latest.

In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence, within the monetary thresholds set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

8. Validity of this form

This form is presented for your approval at checkout together with the Distance Sales Agreement. By approving it, you acknowledge having received this information before the agreement was concluded.
